- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been here 4 times. Mostly for cleanings. The dental hygenist I saw was good but rude receptionists. The 4th time needed a filling and was told it was on the surface and would not require freezing...I've never had a cavity filled without freezing but trusted him to do his job. He drilled into my tooth and hit what I assume to be a nerve causing serious pain and told me to hold still when I couldn't take the pain. I demanded freezing or I was leaving and they finally froze the hell out of my whole face somehow right to my forehead and sloppily filled a cavity that probably didn't exist.
